It far exceeded my expectations. The facilitation went far and beyond what I could have imagined. I felt so safe, supported, nourished and nurtured at every moment. The facilitators made every moment so special and the other participants became like soul family. Thank you and I can’t wait to go to the next one. My experience was nothing short of magical. There are no words to describe the ultimately profound experience and shifts that took place during my ceremony. It was hands down the most revelational, spiritually significant and magical experience of my entire life. I will be unravelling for a while; I already feel the integrations settling in and have clarity around many things in my life.

Her singing and connection to spirit, Madre Tierra (Mother Earth) and Chõjn Ndafė (the spirit of the mountain) is undeniable and a beauty to witness.

I am grateful for being called to this place, and I will most certainly be back. Aho and gracias 🙏🏼

  • Psilocybin Mushrooms are powerful entheogens known for their ability to induce altered states of consciousness and their profound healing properties. Research shows that psilocybin mushrooms are one of the most effective psychedelic medicines for treating Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Addiction, and Eating Disorders. Administered in safe, therapeutic environments, they can heal body-stored trauma stemming from physical, emotional, and even sexual abuse. Psilocybin can catalyze enormous positive and lasting changes within individuals, as well as help to unlock creative and spiritual potential.

Modern scientists and psychologists have found that Psilocybin reduces the activity in your Default Mode Network – the part of your brain responsible for self-criticism and rumination. When you ingest these mushrooms, your gut sends the chemical psilocin to your brain, which looks almost identical to serotonin - the chemical that produces healthy mood patterns. This acts on the serotonergic system, stabilizing our mood.

There is evidence of ancient humans using magic mushrooms across various cultures. In fact, the Aztec even had a word for the sacred mushroom. They called it teonanácatl, meaning, “flesh of the Gods”. For thousands of years, the Mazatec people in the mountain ranges of Oaxaca, México have been using mushrooms medicinally in ceremonies. We serve this sacred medicine in its original Mazatec ritual, guided by a medicine woman from the lineage of Abuela Julieta, a member of the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers who worked alongside Maria Sabina.

  • A traditional ceremony is one of the safest ways to ingest psilocybin.

Before you ingest the medicine, intentional space will be created and you will participate in an offering to the land.

Once you ingest your medicine, you will be cozy under blanket with pillows for comfort, encouraged to go into your own experience. The medicine woman will be offering Indigenous prayers and singing medicine songs for the entirety of your experience, providing you with safety, warmth, and love to explore the psychedelic space.

Having worked for years facilitating these experiences, the curandera will be available for anything you need from holding your hand to even accompanying you to the bathroom.

There will also be an English speaking co-facilitator available to accommodate any needs before, during, and after the experience.

As mentioned above, the curandera works in the Mazatec lineage. You can learn more about her lineage, Mazatec history, and Mazatec ceremonies here.

  • Psilocybin is legal in Mexico when done in a ceremonial and sacramental context. This is in line with the interpretation of the UNODC Bulletin allowing the sacramental use of psychotropic preparations.
