Legality in Mexico

for Traditional Indigenous Ceremonies

As of April 2006 all street drugs are legal to be carried in small quantities by individuals in Mexico. Specifically, sacramental or traditional use and cultivation of fresh mushrooms is legal. This is in line with the interpretation of the UNODC Bulletin allowing the sacramental use of psychotropic preparations. We work with local, Indigenous shamans who are familiar with the local laws, law enforcement and medicine community ensuring that we are always acting in accordance with the highest standard of the law.

Your payment for Vibrational Healing includes: accommodations, fees at excursions, meals, transportation, integration & facilitation.  These prices DO NOT include the cost of mushroom medicine for your ceremony. Psilocybin is legal in Mexico when done in a ceremonial and sacramental context. Due to current regulations outside of Mexico, Vibrational Healing does not include the cost of the mushrooms in the price. Guests will be served medicine at the discretion of the medicine man/woman at the ceremony under their guidance. The indigenous shaman will always give medicine for free and you are welcome to give a donation if you feel called to do so. In this challenging landscape we are committed to providing our guests with the safest, most legal option in psilocybin-assisted retreats.
